Large business - the average annual number of employees exceeds 249 or the average annual turnover exceeds 60 million GEL; 

Medium business - the average annual number of employees ranges from 50 to 249, and the average annual turnover is within the limits of 12 million to 60 million GEL; 

Small business - the average annual number of employees does not exceed 50 and the average annual turnover does not exceed 12 million GEL. 

Are there any ongoing lawsuits or investigations against the company regarding the submitted project and the topic of the nomination? *
Has any government or international regulatory body sanctioned the company in the last five years? *
Has the company been linked to forced labor, human rights abuses, or unfair labor practices? *
Has the company been accused of greenwashing (false or misleading environmental claims)? *
Does the company harm the environment through its activities? *
Has the company been implicated in any cases of unethical business practices? *
